  • Lobulated

  • Broad anastomozing trabeculae with predominantly lamellar bone lacking prominent osteoblastic rimming

  • Interspersed spindle cells with pale eosinophilic cytoplasm and monomorphic ovoid nuclei; adipocytes and occasional lymphocytes

Osteoma

  • Broad anastomozing trabeculae with predominantly woven bone lacking prominent osteoblastic rimming

  • Interspersed spindle cells with pale eosinophilic cytoplasm; monomorphic ovoid nuclei with no conspicuous mitotic activity
