Lipofibromatosis

• Infiltrative; admixture of adipose tissue and spindle cells

• Spindle cell fascicles track along fibrous septa; eosinophilic cytoplasm; monomorphic ovoid nuclei; inconspicuous mitotic activity

• Sheets and lobules of adipocytes; abundant clear cytoplasm; eccentric small nuclei
