  • Lobulated and infiltrative; spindle-stellate cells with vague fascicular pattern

  • Eosinophilic cytoplasm with long tapering processes

  • Ovoid and wavy nuclei with pinpoint nucleoli; inconspicuous mitotic activity

  • Abundant collagenous matrix with small vessels
