Ovoid nuclei with minimal atypia; inconspicuous mitotic activity

Clusters of epithelioid cells with abundant amphophilic cytoplasm; eccentric nuclei with occasional bi-nucleation

Myxoid stroma; prominent thin-walled vessels

IHC: smooth muscle actin
