• Infiltrative; cellular; fascicles of spindle-stellate cells

• Eosinophilic cytoplasm with long tapering processes

• Ovoid-elongated nuclei with mild pleomorphism; conspicuous mitotic activity

• Occasional interspersed wispy collagen bands

• IHC: smooth muscle actin
