Lobulated and infiltrative; mild cellularity; spindle-stellate cells with a loose fascicular pattern
Eosinophilic cytoplasm with delicate wispy processes
Monomorphic ovoid nuclei; inconspicuous mitotic activity
Abundant myxoid stroma with prominent cystic spaces; occasional delicate collagen fibres; scattered macrophages
