Lobulated; spindle cell fascicles
Scant amphophilic cytoplasm with long tapering processes
Monomorphic ovoid and elongated nuclei; inconspicuous mitotic activity
Central hyalinization with necrosis and stippled calcification; peripherally there is focal myxoid stroma
