  • Lobulated; spindle-epithelioid cells in short fascicles

  • Eosinophilic cytoplasm, with focal pigmentation

  • Plump ovoid nuclei, with mild pleomorphism and occasional pseudonuclear inclusions; inconspicuous mitotic activity

  • Prominent psammomatous calcification

  • IHC: CD34, S100, SOX10
